2012 CHINESE YEAR OF THE DRAGON AND NUMEROLOGY YEAR # 5 - Both say that this is the year of changes. Politically, financially and worldly, I’m, sure we can all agree to that. On September 1st 2009 Doctors at the Hospital for Sick Children performed emergency surgery on our 10 year old grandson, Brady, to remove a tumor, called a “Lymphocyte Plasma Cell Rich Meningioma”, from his brain. There was massive inflammation beneath this. In December after a follow-up MRI we learned that the tumor had returned and he had surgery again on March 2, 2010. Today he is back at school and can take part in normal play
Brady is one of 20 known cases in the world to have had this particular diagnosis, however, he is the only child and the only one to have had the tumor reappear. The doctors are not making any promises that this tumor will not return because there are too many unknowns about his case.
These bangles are $25.00 each plus $1.00 for shipping. From the sale of these bangles a donation will be made in Brady’s name to the Hospital for Sick Children and the Brain Tumor Research Centre.
